These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 3Tech Digitals website and services, operated by 3Tech Digitals ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
We provide digital business cards that can be shared by link, QR code and NFC card, together with related tools such as visit statistics. Some features need a paid plan.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password and two-factor codes safe.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the information, photos and links you add to your card ("your content").
- You allow us to store and display your content so that we can provide the service.
- You must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes anyone's rights, or contains harmful links. We may hide or remove such content and suspend accounts that break these Terms.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- New accounts may receive a free trial of 14 days. After the trial, or when a paid plan ends, your card goes offline unless you renew. Paid plans have a 7-day grace period after they end.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Resellers
If you joined through one of our resellers, the reseller may manage your card for you. Resellers must follow these Terms and our separate reseller agreement.
6. NFC cards
NFC cards and stickers only store a link to your digital card. If an NFC card is lost, contact us so that we can disable it.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features. We will tell you about important changes to these Terms by email or on the website.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
