This Privacy Policy explains how 3Tech Digitals ("we") collects and uses personal information when you use 3Tech Digitals. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
- Card content: the details, photos and links you choose to publish on your digital card. This information is public by design.
- Payment details: plan, amount, date and invoice. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.
- Visit statistics: when someone opens a card we record the date, the device type (mobile, tablet or computer) and whether they came by NFC, QR code or link. We do not store visitors' IP addresses. A one-way code that changes every day is used to count different visitors.
- Security records: logins and important account changes, kept to protect your account.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to process payments and send invoices, to send important messages such as renewal reminders, to keep accounts secure, and to meet legal obligations (for example tax records).
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Razorpay – to process payments;
- our hosting and email providers – to run the service;
- your reseller, if you joined through one – so they can support you;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years). Visit statistics are kept for up to 2 years.
5. Your rights
You can view and update your details in your account at any time. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing 3techdigitals@gmail.com. Some records (for example invoices) must be kept by law.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, optional two-factor login and regular backups.
7. Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
