This policy explains cancellations and refunds for plans bought from 3Tech Digitals on 3Tech Digitals.
Free trial
New accounts may get a free trial of 14 days. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund.
Cancelling
Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and do not renew automatically. If you do not want to continue, simply do not renew. Your card stays online until the end of the period you paid for, plus a 7-day grace period.
Refunds
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan if you are not satisfied.
- Renewals and payments older than 7 days are not refundable, except where the service was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side.
- Physical NFC cards that have been printed or personalised for you cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
